1. Something to Do - Engaging, Purposeful, and Fulfilling Work:

Embrace the fact that we are inherently designed to move, create, and contribute. Staying stagnant on the couch, endlessly binge-watching shows on Netflix won't lead to growth or reaching our full potential. To live life to the fullest, we must keep our bodies in motion.

Throughout our days, we often lose track of how much time we spend sitting. From long work hours to commuting, we have become accustomed to convenience.
