The Next Generation Is Rising

Hello friends,

There are moments in life that give you real hope for the future.

I had one of those moments last week.

Camden, Brexden, and I had the opportunity to attend the KB concert with great friends, thanks to Bill Montgomery from The River. KB was powerful. Trip Lee brought truth and energy. Terrian was incredible, and her performance of “Testimony” was a moment you could feel.

But as great as the music was, what moved me most was watching young people worship Jesus.

Middle schoolers. High schoolers. Young men and women dancing, praising, singing, and standing unashamed in their faith.

There was joy. There was freedom. There was passion for Christ.

And honestly, I could have watched it all night.

Seeing young people excited about Jesus is one of the most encouraging things in the world.

Psalm 145:4 says, “One generation shall commend your works to another, and shall declare your mighty acts.” That verse came to mind as I looked around the room. Faith is not meant to stop with us. It is meant to be lived, shared, modeled, and passed on.

In a culture that constantly tells young people to chase self, promote self, and live for self, it was powerful to see the exact opposite.

I saw young hearts lifted upward.

I saw young lives aimed at something greater.

I saw a generation being captured, not by the world, but by Christ.

That gives me hope.

Because when young people are on fire for Jesus, families change. Communities change. The future changes.

The next generation is rising. Not because culture is making it easy, but because God is still moving. He is still calling hearts to Himself, and young people are still responding.

That is beautiful.
That is powerful.
That is worth celebrating.

It also reminds me that this is the time to invest in the next generation. Encourage them. Pray for them. Speak life into them. Remind them who they are in Christ.

Never underestimate what God can do through one young heart fully surrendered to Him.

Bold faith is beautiful.

Hope is alive. The next generation is rising.

For His Glory alone.

With hope and gratitude,
Brock
